Just stayed at a charming hotel near everything! the staff were incredibly hospitable, felt like home. the warm weather outdoor seating was perfect. Would DEFINITELY choose again! the rooms were a bit more outdated than in the photos, but still cozy.

I discovered a cozy spot with top-notch vino and knowledgeable wine buffs. The rooftop view was stunning, and the meeting rooms were spacious and versatile. Exploring the neighborhood was a treat with diverse options. The trolley ride past iconic spots was a delight. The room felt regal, and the modern amenities were on point. A walking tour was a great way to see the city's highlights. The hotel had a warm, inviting vibe that made me feel right at home. And those marble bathrooms? Pure luxury.

I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with modernized bathrooms. Cable channels, a Nespresso coffee machine and a refrigerator were provided for a such wonderful stay for two nights as part of a greater trip.

They quickly addressed any issues that arose and even provided a free breakfast one morning when it was served late. The location was convenient for my meetings and the room had a comfortable bed and nice air conditioning. I would consider staying there again in the future.

There's no restaurant or breakfast included and restaurants are a little retired.. staff at night is not very friendly, in the morning the person who attended us was nicer.. In summary the staff could improve their attitude to the user

The cosy interior of the lobby where coffee, tea, wine and cheese and other snacks are served. The staff is very helpful and friendly. From the hotel you can reach the metro station - 10 minutes. Water in the room is included.

The process of retaining the deposit. I haven't lost anything on the exchange rate difference. Other hotels don't make a full deposit transaction but block the amount.

However, cleanliness and room service need improvement. Slow internet, old fittings, and broken heat were minor drawbacks. Overall, a pleasant stay with helpful staff despite some inconveniences.

The room is very cozy and clean. Excellent space for the bathroom, as well as having all the necessary amenities/services. The room had A/C, as well as the bed was big and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive from our entrance to the exit. Located in a very nice area like Dupont Circle, where you can find restaurants, convenience stations, among others. The closest subway is Dupont Circle station, located 10 minutes away on foot. If you don't want to walk, you can take a bus to that station (both ways). The bus station is very close to the hotel. It is usually highly recommended for the price versus quality.

That the room did not incorporate breakfast.

Loved the diverse dining and shopping options in the neighborhood. The trolley took me past amazing landmarks. The Normandy made me feel at home.

Oh, I just adored the dirty walls, rock-solid bed, urine in the toilet, and rude staff. Definitely won't stay again.

We explored the National Mall, geeked out at the Smithsonian museums, and rode the Metro late into the night. The hotel's location made it super easy to get around. Plus, the modern rooms and convenient USB charging points were a gamer-changer for our tech-savvy crew.

We'd have loved a bar or lounge area in the hotel to keep the party vibes going after our late-night Metro adventures.

They always had a smile on their face and asked how my stay was going. the hotel itself was stunning, and the surrounding area was beautiful as well. We were conveniently located within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops. It truly enhanced my experience in the city.

The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also appreciated the terrace and in-room safe. The hotel also offers complimentary water and has a mini fridge available for guests to use.

Like other hotels, there may be hidden charges that you may not expect, such as fees for receiving mail or leaving your suitcase after check-out.
